    All shipping costs within India are on us!

    We will send you a tracking number as soon as your shipment leaves our workshop.

    We take utmost care of our babies so that they reach you just the way they were when you first laid eyes on them. However, if you feel it was damaged during transit, please drop us a line at connect@rohirahome.com as soon as you receive the product and we'll resolve it.

    You should have your product within a week of it leaving the workshop.

    We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to raise a return request.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

    Please Note, that the shipping costs associated with Delivery and Return-pickup for your order; are not refundable and has to be borne by the customer. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at connect@rohirahome.com or call us at 8377835977.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask you to share pictures of the product at connnect@rohirahome.com.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
