Mad Over Metal is in the business of selling bespoke luxury products such as Furniture, fenestration and surface finishes and has retail stores located in Hyderabad.

CONSULTATION AND DESIGN PROCESS

2. Design Approval: Following the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed proposal, including design drawings and quotation. Your written approval and confirmation, along with any required deposits, are necessary to proceed with the production.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

1. Quotation: The quotation provided is based on the agreed-upon design, materials, and specifications. Any changes to the design may result in a revised quotation.
2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and initiate the production process. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the design approval phase.
3. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule, which will be outlined in the proposal. The full payment must be received before delivery.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

1. Production Timeline: The production timeline will be communicated to you upon design approval and receipt of the initial deposit. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will make our best effort to inform you of any changes.
2. Delivery and Installation: Delivery and installation will be scheduled upon the readiness of the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the site is ready for delivery and that the order can be safely transported and installed.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

1. Changes: Any changes to the design or specifications must be submitted in writing and may result in additional costs and delays. We will provide a revised quotation for your approval.
2. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the initial proposal. The non-refundable deposit covers initial design work and materials procurement.

1. Quality Assurance: We strive to produce the products of the highest quality. If, upon delivery, you identify any issues with the craftsmanship or quality, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution.

All the products designs created/showcased by Mad Over Metal remain the intellectual property of the company. Any reproduction or use of the designs without written permission is prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW

The Company's Terms of Service are governed by the laws of State of TELANGANA . Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of State of TELANGANA
